Khristian A. Howell has a wealth of professional experience, beginning in 1998 as Head Instructor and Recruiter for the Universal Cheerleaders Association. In 2004, they became a Textile Designer/Colorist at Nordstrom. In 2009, they founded Khristian A. Howell Color + Pattern, where they served as CCO, Licensor, and On-Air Design Expert. In 2018, they became Creative Director of Solliance, and in 2020, they co-founded both KSQD Media and Baseline, where they serve as Co-Founder, Board Member, and CBO. Baseline is a real-time information analytics platform powered by AI.
