Richard Ferland

Richard Ferland is an experienced leader and dairy farmer, currently serving as President and First Officer of the Executive Committee at Sollio Cooperative Group since February 2016. In this role, Richard participates in various committees, including the Risk and Investment Executive Committee and the Human Resources Committee, both since 2017. Additionally, Richard manages farm operations at Ferme de la Cavée, implementing innovative feeding, breeding, and quality improvement programs for dairy cattle. Richard holds a DEC in Farm Technology from Institut technologique agroalimentaire de La Pocatière and has completed the Officer, 3rd degree training for elected officials through La Coop fédérée.
