Isabelle Beauchesne, B.A.A. Adm.A., has over 20 years of experience in health and safety roles. Isabelle is currently serving as the Global Health and Safety Director at Solmax, where they lead the implementation and improvement of occupational health and safety practices across the organization. Prior to their current role, Isabelle was the Health and Safety Lead at The Green Organic Dutchman and the Regional H&S Advisor at Cascades. Isabelle has also worked as a Health and Safety Trainer at APSAM and as a Production Planner and OHS Preventionist at Enveloppe Innova. Isabelle's extensive experience and passion for health and safety make their a valuable asset in ensuring workplace well-being.

Isabelle Beauchesne, B.A.A. Adm.A. pursued their education in a chronological order. In 1999-2000, they attended Université de Montréal, where they obtained a Certificat in Santé et sécurité au travail. During the same period, they also attended UQAM | Université du Québec à Montréal, where they completed their Bachelor's degree in Administration des affaires (Bacc). Isabelle further enhanced their qualifications in 2014 by obtaining a Certification from Mouvement Québécois de la Qualité.
