Ferdi Schulte

Ferdi Schulte has a diverse range of work experience in various industries. Most recently, they are working at Solmax as the Global Director of Business Intelligence. In this role, they are leading a team of data engineers and BI professionals and implementing an Enterprise Data Warehouse.

Prior to Solmax, Ferdi held the position of Senior Business Analyst (interim) at Solmax, where they were responsible for project management and improving S&OP-related data control and infrastructure.

Ferdi Schulte obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Small Business & Retail Management from Saxion University of Applied Sciences, which they attended from 2000 to 2004. Ferdi then pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Business Administration at the University of Twente, completing it from 2004 to 2007.

In 2010, Ferdi attended Nyenrode Business University for a short program called Executive Pre-Master of Finance & Control. Ferdi enhanced their professional skills by obtaining various certifications. In August 2020, they achieved the Tableau Desktop Specialist certification from Tableau Software. Later that year, in December 2020, Ferdi also obtained the Alteryx Designer Core Certified certification from Alteryx. In July 2021, they became Scrum Master Certified through the SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile.

Focused on further expanding their expertise, Ferdi embarked on an educational journey in 2020, specifically honing their skills in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt - Manufacturing at The Lean Six Sigma Company. Ferdi then attended the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business in 2022 to delve into the field of Data Strategy.
