Ryan Gearhart's work experience includes:

- Commercial Director Western US at Solmax, where they are responsible for growing and developing business on the West Coast and educating the market on Geosynthetics. Ryan works with and builds relationships with distributors, engineers, and contractors. This role is a continuation of their previous experience at TenCate Geosynthetics.

- General Manager at Border Construction Specialties from January 2005 to February 2020.

- Account Manager at Universal Forest Products from April 2011 to September 2011.

- Founder/Owner of Gearhart Golf from January 2002 to January 2005.

- Assistant Golf Professional at Anthem Golf and Country Club from May 2000 to January 2005.

- Spokesperson for College Goal Sunday from January 2001 to December 2001. This role involved serving as the spokesperson for the statewide (Arizona) campaign encouraging higher education. Ryan conducted media interviews and grassroots promotions, including presentations to high school assemblies across Arizona.

Ryan Gearhart attended Northern Arizona University from 1998 to 2000, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Marketing. Prior to that, they attended Paradise Valley Community College from 1996 to 1997 and obtained an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management. Additionally, Ryan completed the Flagstaff leadership program at an undisclosed time, earning a graduate certificate. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained a Certificate of Completion from the Arizona School of Real Estate & Business in January 2001.
