Jonathan Ratsch

Jonathan Ratsch has held multiple engineering positions over the years. Jonathan started at Northrop Grumman in 2014, where they held the roles of Principal Electrical Engineer, Test Engineer, Electronics Engineer, and Reliability Engineer. In 2021, they moved to Momentus, where they held the roles of Avionics Manager and Test Engineer. Jonathan is currently employed at Terraline, where they serve as an Electrical Engineer. During their time at Northrop Grumman, Jonathan helped develop a multifunctional test tool for test engineers to utilize in the field, and worked to consolidate Matlab code from multiple programs to be reusable and modular. Jonathan also designed new circuits to replace legacy equipment, troubleshot electrical designs, and led culture change to reduce attrition rates and support future generations.

Jonathan Ratsch obtained a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from San Jose State University between 2011 and 2015. Jonathan also holds three edX certificates for Entrepreneurship 101: Who is your customer?, Embedded Systems - Shape the World, and MIT Launch X - Becoming an Entrepreneur.
