Ben Kofoed

Ben Kofoed has a diverse work experience in supply chain management and global sourcing. Ben is currently the Vice President of Supply Chain at Solo Brands since 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Consultant/Owner at BK BIZ LLC where they provided supply chain management services to larger companies. From 2019 to 2020, they served as the Vice President of Global Supply Chain at Blackstone Products, focusing on expanding and diversifying the supply chain. Ben also held the position of Vice President of Global Sourcing at Dansons from 2016 to 2018, where they restructured the team in China and developed new supplier relationships. Earlier in their career, they worked at Camp Chef as the Global Sourcing and Production Manager, responsible for strategic sourcing and manufacturing management, and also as the International Senior Account Manager. Ben started their career as a Dental Lab Technician at Wright Dental Arts and worked in sales and service roles at Norda's Mountain Outfitters and Al's Sporting Goods.

Ben Kofoed received their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in International Business Administration (with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) equivalent) from Utah State University - Jon M. Huntsman School of Business. Ben attended the university from 2004 to 2008. During their studies, they focused on Business Administration, Mandarin Chinese, and had an emphasis in Asian Studies. In terms of additional certifications, Ben became a Section4 Certified Innovation Strategist in July 2021, which was obtained from Section4.
