Shannon Makhlouf

Shannon Makhlouf has a diverse background in recruitment and human resources. Shannon began their career in 2016 as an HR Coordinator & Recruiting Sourcer for Wireless Network Group, where they managed inbound applications and screened candidates for Engineering, Business, and HVAC positions. In 2018, they joined Aerotek as a Full Cycle Recruiter, specializing in staffing and servicing of entry, mid and high level professionals in Business, Engineering, and Scientific Industries. In 2019, they joined NextRoll as a Global Business Recruiter, where they collaborated with leaders in the NAMER, EMEA, and APAC regions to build diverse and high-performing teams. Shannon managed candidates throughout the full recruitment lifecycle, negotiated, and closed deals. In 2020, Shannon joined Amazon as a Contract Recruiter and returned to NextRoll as a Talent Partner and NAMER Sales Recruiter. Shannon has since increased NYC New Business Sales diversity by 20% and built out diversity sourcing procedures. Shannon is currently a Senior GTM Recruiter at solo.io.
