Prior to this, Jason co-founded Colloquia Partners, LLC, providing strategic human resources support and fostering a people-centric approach to uncover hidden organizational value. Jason's extensive experience includes senior management roles in human resources technology and analytics at companies such as Sungard Availability Services and Teva Pharmaceuticals, where emphasis was placed on data integrity, process improvement, and talent management systems. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Administration of Justice from Penn State University and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Supply Chain Logistics from Lehigh University.
