Mitch Zenger

Mitch Zenger has extensive experience in workforce strategy and management consulting, currently serving as Senior Vice President - Workforce Strategy at SolomonEdwards since December 2005, focusing on future work preparedness, team building, and workplace improvement. Zenger founded Synctrics in 2020 and previously worked as a Senior Consultant and Executive Coach at Cisco from 2003 to 2013. As the owner of Catalyst Consulting from 1995 to 2005, Zenger demonstrated expertise in process analysis and redesign, enhancing operational profitability for clients. Additional early career roles include Product Development Manager at Big Software and Quality Engineer at Adaptec, complemented by a BA in Human Resource Development from Brigham Young University.
