Rajkumar Shrestha is an experienced chef with over 11 years in the culinary industry, specializing in creating delicious healthy dishes within star hotels and leading restaurants. Since January 2017, Rajkumar has been working as a chef at Solotel. Prior to this role, Rajkumar served as a sous chef at Gloria Hotel and as a chef de partie in cold kitchens at Marriott Hotel and Meliá Hotels International. Experience also includes positions like demi chef de partie and 1st commis chef in various prestigious establishments, where expertise in kitchen operations, staff supervision, menu development, and food safety practices were developed. Rajkumar holds a master’s degree in Business from Nepal and has a background in Business Mathematics from United Academy Higher Secondary School in Kathmandu.
