Diana Wechsler is an experienced professional with a strong background in member services and administrative support within the insurance and hospitality sectors. Since July 2016, Diana has held multiple roles at Solstice Benefits, Inc., including Credentialing Specialist, Appeals and Grievances Coordinator, and Member Services Associate, focusing on member assistance and claim processing. Prior experience includes serving as an Administrative Assistant at the Insurance Center of South Florida, where responsibilities involved employee enrollment in group insurance and maintaining financial accuracy, as well as a Sales Agent at Aflac. Earlier roles at Steak n Shake and Chipotle Mexican Grill emphasized training and exceptional customer service skills. Diana earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management from the University of Central Florida's Rosen College.
