Henry Price

Henry Price, PE, currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at SolStor Energy LLC, a company focused on Long Duration Energy Storage technology and Concentrating Solar Power projects. Since January 2016, Henry has held the position of Managing Director at Solar Dynamics LLC, a firm dedicated to developing renewable energy products and services. Previously, Henry acted as Chief Technology Officer and Vice President of Technology Development at Abengoa Solar LLC from April 2007 to December 2015, overseeing U.S. technology initiatives. Henry's career began at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL), where from 1994 to 2007, significant contributions were made in solar thermal electric technology analysis, including managing R&D activities for parabolic trough systems. Early professional experience includes a Consulting Engineer role and performance analysis for Luz Engineering Corp. covering SEGS I-IX parabolic trough plants. Henry holds a Master of Science in Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Resource Engineering from Humboldt State University.
