Francisco José Ponce Mora has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Francisco José started their career as a Finance Assistant at Oxfam GB, where they conducted audits of the organization's stores in the UK. Francisco José then joined Grant Thornton as a Junior Auditor, where they audited public and private companies in the Industry and Services sector. Francisco went on to work as an Analyst at Zoetis, where they prepared individual and consolidated financial statements and implemented internal control procedures. Francisco José then moved to BDO Spain as a Senior Auditor, where they audited financial statements for various industries and provided advice on financial statement preparation. After that, they worked at KPMG España as an Auditor Senior, leading audit teams and conducting audits for companies in the publishing, real estate, and industrial sectors. Most recently, Francisco worked at Soltec as a Financial Control Analyst, overseeing the financial operations of subsidiaries in South America and managing monthly closing tasks. As an Administration Manager in Soltec's Photovoltaic Development Division, they coordinated the administration department and managed over 250 solar photovoltaic plants across multiple countries. Overall, Francisco has displayed proficiency in financial analysis, auditing, team management, and financial control.

Francisco José Ponce Mora has a diverse educational background. Francisco José completed a Curso en Corporate Finance at IE Business School in 2022, where they focused on the field of Finanzas.
