María Martínez Carrillo

María Martínez Carrillo has a diverse work experience. María is currently working at Soltec as the Legal Global Manager since July 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Legal Manager at Soltec from January to August 2021. Before joining Soltec, María worked at Garrigues as an Asociado Dpto. Mercantil from January 2019 to December 2020. María also held the position of Junior Departamento Derecho Mercantil at Garriges from December 2017 to January 2019. María started their career as a Trainee Departamento Derecho Mercantil at Garrigues from February 2017 to December 2017 and later became a Becaria del Departamento de Derecho Mercantil from November 2015 to February 2017. Prior to their legal career, they worked as a Profesora clases particulares from September 2009 to July 2014. María also gained experience as a Personal Servicio de Relaciones Internacionales de la Facultad de Economía y Empresa at Universidad de Murcia from March 2014 to May 2014.

María Martínez Carrillo began their education in 2009 at the Universidad de Murcia, where they pursued a Programa de Estudios Simultáneos Grado en ADE y Grado en Derecho. This program lasted until 2014. In 2014, they enrolled in the Universidad de Sevilla to pursue a Máster en Asesoría Jurídico-Mercantil, Fiscal y Laboral, completing it in 2016. Following this, they attended the Udima Universidad a Distancia de Madrid from 2016 to 2017, where they obtained a Máster en Práctica de la Abogacía.

María Martínez Carrillo has also obtained several additional certifications. In 2011, they participated in the Congreso Nacional de Investigación: La Responsabilidad Social, ¿aguanta la crisis? at the Universidad de Murcia. In 2013, they obtained the Preliminary English Test certification from Cambridge University Press. In 2014, they attended the Jornada sobre Derechos Fundamentales y Hacienda Pública en la Unión Europea at the Universidad de Sevilla.

María also acquired professional certifications, such as the FIDIC Module 1: Practical Use of FIDIC Conditions of Contracts from the FIDIC - International Federation of Consulting Engineers, obtained in April 2022. Additionally, they completed the Curso Liderazgo y Gestión de Equipos at the SEF Servicio Regional de Empleo y Formación in October 2015 and the Curso de Factura Electrónica at the same institution in September 2015.
