Michał Majcher

Micha Roon is an experienced technology leader specializing in software development and decentralized systems. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering at The Hashgraph Association since May 2023, Micha supports innovation projects across various sectors, including startups and government entities. Micha is the owner and founder of managination, which focuses on enhancing the software development process. Micha's prior roles include Head of Web3 Engineering at NOUMENA DIGITAL AG, Chief Technology Officer at bonq, and Chief Innovation Officer at Energy Web, where leadership in technological change was paramount. Micha has also contributed as a Foundation Board member and CTO at Share&Charge, as well as holding advisory positions in multiple blockchain initiatives. Micha holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Lausanne and has completed coursework in fintech at MIT and project management certification through PMI.
