Thusitha Wickramarachchi has extensive experience in integrity management and engineering within the oil and gas industry. Currently serving as the Director of Integrity Management at Solugen since October 2025, Thusitha previously held various roles at Clariant from June 2013 to October 2025, including Technical Manager, Asset Integrity Engineer for the Deepwater Gulf of Mexico, and Senior Engineer in Integrity Management. Additionally, Thusitha worked as a Project Coordinator for Latin America and the Deepwater Gulf of Mexico at Clariant Oil Services from August 2017 to October 2024. Thusitha holds a Bachelor's Degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Houston.
