Ilham Zamzami

Ilham Zamzami is an experienced IT professional with extensive expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and CyberArk products. Currently serving as an Enterprise Support Engineer L2 for CyberArk PAM at Solugenix since October 2022, Ilham has a strong background in providing enterprise support for IAM solutions. Prior to this role, Ilham held various positions at PT Tunas Karya Agung, overseeing IT infrastructure and support, and worked as IT Support for Konecranes, delivering first and second-level support across the Southeast Asia region. Ilham's career began as a Technician at PT Setia Mitra Prabutama, progressing through IT Administrator roles in different companies, showcasing a solid foundation in IT systems management, user support, and network administration. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Institut Sains dan Teknologi Nasional and a Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from IPB University.
