Mark Mageo currently serves as the Lead Corporate Analyst at Solugenix Corporation, where since June 2016, an integral role has been played in launching a Support Center for Mentor®, a Johnson & Johnson Medical Device Company, with a focus on training and quality assurance to enhance customer experience and meet business objectives. Prior to this, Mark held the position of Contract Training Specialist at Aerotek for Frontier Communications, facilitating training on systems, sales, and product knowledge for staff transitioning from Verizon. Mark’s extensive experience also includes a long tenure at Verizon Wireless, where roles ranged from Retail Sales Trainer, implementing sales strategies, to Senior Customer Service Trainer, serving as a Master Trainer across twelve states. Mark holds an M.B.A. and a Bachelor's degree in International Business from United States International University.
