Steffanie W. has over 15 years of experience in professional services. Steffanie began their career in 2006 as a Case Manager 3 at Liberty Mutual, where they managed, investigated, and resolved high-cost medically complex worker's compensation claims. In 2008, they moved to Allstate Workplace Division as a Senior Training Specialist. In 2010, they joined RiseHealth as the Director of Implementation, where they were accountable for developing and managing the company's technology platform. In 2013, Steffanie became a Program Management Consultant at Florida Blue. From 2014 to 2017, they worked at DST Health Solutions as a Senior Project Manager. In 2020, they joined Zipari as the Director of Client Delivery Ops. In 2021, they moved to HealthEdge as the Senior Director of Customer Delivery - Professional Services and Sr. Director of PMO Delivery Assurance. Most recently, in 2022, Steffanie was appointed Vice President of Professional Services at Soluta, Inc.

Steffanie W. obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Florida in 2006. Steffanie then went on to earn a Master's Certificate in Health Services Management and Leadership from The George Washington University in 2014. In addition, they hold a PMP certification from the Project Management Institute, obtained in May 2014, as well as a HIT PRO Implementation Manager certification from AHIMA, obtained in September 2012.
