Sandra Rouxel

Sandra Rouxel, CRHA, currently serves as the Directrice acquisition de talents - People Manager at Solution BI, where responsibilities include recruiting IT professionals across North America, improving recruitment practices, and contributing to policy development. With previous experience as Chef d’équipe du recrutement TI at Kinessor, Sandra led recruitment projects, managed a team, and collaborated on strategic HR initiatives. Other roles include recruitment consultant at Larochelle Groupe Conseil and various positions in the pharmacy sector. Sandra holds a Baccalauréat in Psychology and a Baccalauréat in Industrial Relations from Université de Montréal, alongside a management and leadership program from HEC Montréal. Sandra was also recognized as a candidate for the Manager Academy 2023.
