Erik Theisz - CSP-SM, A-CSM, CSM, CSPO

Erik Theisz is a seasoned consultant currently with Solution Design Group, having joined the company in October 2019. Previously, Erik held the position of Scrum Master and IT Project Manager at Ecolab Inc from October 2017 to October 2019, where responsibility included leading a globally dispersed development team for mobile application projects. As a Scrum Master and Agile Project Manager at Ecolab (contract via Genesis 10) from September 2013 to June 2017, Erik facilitated the development and launch of proprietary software across various global markets. Erik's extensive experience in the gaming industry includes serving as Senior Producer at 38 Studios from October 2006 to May 2012, contributing to the MMORPG "Project: Copernicus." Prior roles at Sony Online Entertainment and VR1 Entertainment involved production and quality assurance for major gaming projects, including EverQuest II. Erik holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from The University of New Mexico.
