Lisa Krogstad, CSM, CSPO, has over 20 years of experience in consulting and project management across various industries, including healthcare, education, agriculture IT, manufacturing, and marketing. Currently, Lisa serves as a Consultant at Solution Design Group, where responsibilities have included business analysis and scrum master roles in several projects since October 2008. Prior experience includes positions at UnitedHealth Group, where Lisa developed a standard project management process that significantly increased efficiency, and Kroll Ontrack, where Lisa managed complex forensic projects and received multiple promotions for outstanding performance. Lisa's early career included roles in records management and small business development, and Lisa holds a B.B.A. in Information Systems from the University of North Dakota.
