Stephen Lake

Stephen Lake is a seasoned consultant and full-stack Java Software Engineer with extensive experience in designing, developing, and supporting critical enterprise applications since joining Solution Design Group in March 2018. Currently engaged with a Fortune 100 retailer, Stephen also leads research projects focused on advanced algorithms for composite number factorization, business logic enhancements for users, dynamic optimization of Java and web applications, and automated test generation for Java. Prior experience includes a tenure as a Senior Software Engineer at Menards, where Stephen contributed significantly to the eCommerce system for one of the nation's largest home improvement retailers, as well as a background in custom software development through Lake's Unlimited. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Minnesota and completed high school at Eagan High School.
