Chaiyakit L.'s work experience includes a range of roles in various companies. In 2014, they worked as an ISC Student Mentor at the University of Amsterdam Business School. In 2016, they served as a Finance Assistant at Tesla Motors, where they assisted in cash flow forecasting and accounts receivable management. From 2017 to 2019, Chaiyakit worked at DTT | apps - web - games as a Strategy & Product Manager and later as a Strategy & New Business Coordinator. In these roles, they coordinated product development, conducted market research, and assisted in project coordination and brand positioning. In 2020, they became an Operations Consultant at NAZKA, where they performed audits, applied Agile Scrum principles, and implemented a project management framework. From 2021 to 2022, Chaiyakit worked at Gorillas as a Team Lead - Operations Supervisor, Project Manager - Operations (Benelux), and Product Operations Manager. In these roles, they supervised rider performance, led projects within Rider Operations, and managed the development of a team. Currently, Chaiyakit is working at S4D as a Product Owner / Product Manager, responsible for the conceptualization, development, and delivery of solutions for quick-service restaurant chains.

Chaiyakit L. has a comprehensive education history starting from 2012. In that year, they completed a Cambridge English course, earning the Cambridge English: Proficiency (CPE) certification from EC Boston in Massachusetts, USA. Afterwards, they attended the University of Amsterdam from 2012 to 2015, earning a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Economics and Business. Chaiyakit then pursued higher education at the same university and obtained a Master's Degree in Business Administration in 2017, majoring in Business Administration. Following this, they enrolled at Hotelschool The Hague in 2019 and successfully completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Hospitality Management in 2020.

In addition to their formal education, Chaiyakit has also obtained various certifications. In 2012, they achieved the Cambridge English: Proficiency certification from the Cambridge English Language Assessment. Chaiyakit further expanded their skillset by obtaining a Digital Marketing certification from Growth Tribe in July 2022. Finally, in May 2023, they acquired the Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) certification from the Scrum Alliance.
