Dana Alzeer is a seasoned customer experience professional with a background in marketing, innovation, and technology, holding a Bachelor's degree from Dublin City University and Princess Nourah Bint Abdulrahman University. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Experience Specialist at solutions by stc since March 2023, Dana previously worked as a Customer Experience Specialist at the National Center for Non-Profit Sector from May 2022 to February 2023, and held dual roles as a Customer Intelligence Analyst and Customer Experience Analyst at Riyad Bank from August 2019 to May 2022.
