Shahzad Akhter

Shahzad Akhter is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in systems engineering and operations management. Currently serving as a Senior System Engineer in OpenStack Operations at STC Solutions since 2015, Shahzad directs end-to-end open stack operations and technical troubleshooting related to systems infrastructure. Prior experience includes a role as a System Engineer at AwalNet from 2002 to 2015, where responsibilities encompassed end-to-end project management and Linux Server Administration, focusing on customer satisfaction through SLA and process compliance. Earlier, Shahzad worked as a Support Engineer and NOC Administrator at Arabian Advanced Systems "Naseej," mentoring a technical team and ensuring adherence to incident management processes. Shahzad holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the Canadian School of Management and Sciences and completed high school with a Pre-Engineering certification from Pakistan Embassy School Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
