Chiranth Channappa

Chiranth Channappa has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Currently, they are serving as the Director of Product Management at Solutions by Text. Prior to this, in 2020, Chiranth worked as an Independent Consultant, providing consultation services to startups for assessing architecture fit and conducting product discovery sessions.

From 2017 to 2019, Chiranth co-founded and served as the Director of Client Engagements & Production at elSpectra, where they defined service offerings, managed business development and client relationships, and executed delivery operations for the agency arm of the company.

Before that, from 2014 to 2017, Chiranth worked as an Associate Advisor at UST Global and from 2010 to 2014, they held the position of Manager - Business Solutions Group, Hybris Practice at Valtech (India).

Chiranth started their career as a Project Leader at Adea Technologies in 2009 and then transitioned to become a Senior Consultant in the Innovation group at Deloitte & Touche Assurance & Enterprise Risk Services from 2007 to 2008.

Chiranth also worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Adea from 2004 to 2006 and as a Software Engineer at Netkraft from 2002 to 2004.

Chiranth Channappa completed their PGP in Management with a focus on Marketing, Operations, and IT at the Indian School of Business from 2006 to 2007. Before that, they obtained a BE degree in Engineering - Electronics & Communication from PES Institute of Technology, where they studied from 1998 to 2002. In 1997 and 1998, Chiranth attended The Air Force School (TAFS), Subroto Park, completing their AISSCE. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Product Management Foundations from the Product Institute (obtained year unspecified), The Future of Payment Technologies from the University of Michigan (obtained year unspecified), and Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance (obtained in May 2013).
