Majoy Soria has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Polytechnic University of the Philippines. Majoy has held various roles in recruitment and HR departments, including at A.G. Araja Construction and Development Corp., SunPower Corporation, Eaton, Solutions Driven, and Coherent Corp. Currently, Majoy is working as a Trainee Talent Partner supporting Coherent via Solutions Driven.
