Brandi Pearson

Brandi Pearson has a diverse work experience starting in 2001 as an Insurance Account Representative at State Farm. Brandi worked there until 2016 and then joined Swinerton Builders- Renewable Energy Group as a Human Resources Administrator in 2016. In 2017, they moved to SOLV Energy and took on the roles of Division HR Manager and later, Chief People Officer. Prior to their career in insurance and renewable energy, they were the Business Manager/Co-Owner of P&P Pools starting in 2003.

Brandi Pearson earned a Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from California State University San Marcos. In addition, they obtained a certification in Residence Insurance Producer- Property & Casualty from the California Department of Insurance in October 2003.
