David Bousquet

David Bousquet has extensive experience in the field of information technology. David is currently serving as the Director of Corporate IT Operations at SOLV Energy, a position they assumed in January 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the IT Director at McMinnville School District from February 2015 to January 2022. In this role, they developed and implemented technical application support and information technology policies and procedures, led the district through various large IT projects, and oversaw cybersecurity infrastructure upgrades. Before joining McMinnville School District, David worked as a Network Administrator at Yamhill County from September 2000 to February 2015. In this position, they were responsible for system administration and network administration, including budgeting, installation, configuration, and management of server, storage, and network infrastructure. David also led a team of 10 staff in supporting local public safety organizations.

David Bousquet holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Sports Medicine from Linfield University. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained certifications in ITIL Foundation Level from AXELOS Global Best Practice in January 2022, and as a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) from (ISC)² in November 2021.
