Kelsi Unangst has extensive experience in software development and engineering roles. Kelsi'smost recent position was at SOLV Energy, where they worked as the Director of Software Development. Prior to that, they worked as the Manager of Software Development at the same company. Kelsi also held the position of Software Engineering Leader - Motion & Control Systems at OMAX Corporation. In addition, they have experience as a Controls Engineer at Electroimpact, an Engineering Contractor at OMAX Corporation, a Mechanical Engineering Intern at Insitu, Inc., and a Mechatronics Engineering Intern for eBike Systems at Bosch. Kelsi started their career as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at OMAX Corporation, followed by roles as a Resident Advisor at Kettering University, and Engineering Interns at Precision Castparts and POWER Engineers.

Kelsi Unangst started their education at Kentlake High School from 2004 to 2007. Kelsi then attended Green River College and graduated with a High School Diploma in 2007. Kelsi continued their studies at Kettering University from 2007 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. In 2010, they briefly attended the University of Konstanz, and from 2011 to 2012, they studied at Reutlingen University. Lastly, Kelsi pursued a Master's degree in Mechatronics and Mechanical Engineering from MCI | The Entrepreneurial School™, completing their studies in 2013.
