Sean Gray

Sean Gray is an accomplished professional in project controls with extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies. Currently serving as the Director of Project Controls at SOLV Energy since December 2025, Sean previously held the position of Vice President of Project Controls at Blue Ridge Power from February 2023 to December 2025, and served as Director of Project Controls prior to that. Sean's career at Fluor Corporation spanned over a decade from January 2011 to June 2023, where the roles included Project Control Manager and Internal Auditor. Earlier career experiences include serving as a Staff Accountant at Norman, Johnson & Co., PA, a Graduate Assistant at Georgia Southern University, and a Financial Representative at Northwestern Mutual. Sean holds both a Master’s in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting from Georgia Southern University.
