Matt Hohman

Matt Hohman has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Matt is currently serving as the Chief Legal and Strategy Officer at SOLV Holdings, a privately held investment management company. Prior to that, they were the Chief Legal Officer at Ambassador Enterprises, where they oversaw their portfolio of affiliate companies. Matt also held the position of Chief Executive Officer at VIA Developments, a commercial real estate company. Matt Hohman has also worked as a Senior Director at Ambassador Enterprises and as the Executive Vice President & General Counsel at Medical Informatics Engineering, Inc. Additionally, they served as the Chief Executive Officer at Enterprise Health. Earlier in their career, Matt Hohman was a Partner and Associate at Barnes & Thornburg LLP, specializing in technology transactions and corporate law.

Matt Hohman received a B.S. in English from Huntington University in 1993. Matt then went on to earn a J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School in 1998. Additionally, they obtained an M.A.T. in English Literature from Purdue University Fort Wayne between 1993 and 1998.
