Arden Tse has a wealth of experience in the business world. In 2019, they became an Investment Manager for Accelerate Fund III and Accelerate Fund II at Yaletown Partners, where their focus was on discovering, evaluating, and supporting the success of Alberta startup technology companies. They also took on the role of Director at SOLV3D Inc. the same year. In 2018, they became a Member of the Board of Advisors at Wyvern. In 2016, they held the role of Manager of the Venture Mentoring Service at the University of Alberta, as well as Sessional Instructor at MacEwan University. In 2015, they were the Equity Team Lead at Qube Investment Management & Benefit Consulting. From 2011 to 2015, they were a Responsible Investment Analyst and Real Estate Associate at the Alberta Investment Management Corporation (AIMCo). In 2009, they were a Regional Portfolio Analyst at Public Works and Government Services Canada, and in 2008, they were an Associate, Green Building Consultant at EcoAmmo. Arden Tse's most recent entrepreneurial endeavor was co-founding Prairie Noodle Shop in 2014, where they served Asian noodles inspired by prairie flavours until the COVID pandemic of 2020 led them to close down operations.

Arden Tse has a diverse educational background. In 1991, they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Alberta. They then went on to obtain a Bachelor of Commerce in Business Administration from the same institution in 1996-1999. In 2008, they obtained a Graduate Certificate in Project Management from the University of Alberta, as well as a LEED AP from the Canada Green Building Council. In 2011-2013, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from the University of Alberta. Most recently, in 2018-2019, they obtained a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching from Royal Roads University. Additionally, they have obtained two certifications: "Opportunity in Conflict: Engaging Difficult Conversations" from Roy Group in 2017, and "The Leader's Discipline: A Coaching Approach to Leadership" from Roy Group in 2016.
