Denis Songeon

Denis Songeon currently serves as the CIO at Solvar since April 2024. Prior to this role, Denis held significant positions at ING as the Head of Mortgages and Business Lending Technology, leading IT and delivery for Australia’s largest digital bank. At Resolution Life, Denis was the Head of Technology, overseeing a major transformation in IT capabilities and strategy. In previous roles at Pepper Financial Services Group, Westpac, Lloyds Bank International, Morgan Stanley, Black Mountain Group, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and TMP Worldwide, Denis accrued extensive experience in technology leadership, agile transformation, application delivery, and IT security across various sectors. Denis holds degrees from Université Paris Cité and Institut Catholique de Paris, as well as a CISSP certification.
