Alessandro Chiovato

Alessandro Chiovato currently serves as Senior VP - Head Of Business Development for the Battery Materials Platform at Syensqo since December 2023. With an extensive career at Solvay spanning from November 2000 to the present, Alessandro has held several high-level positions, including Senior VP - Head Of Business Development for the Battery Materials Platform, Senior VP - Corporate R&I - Growth Innovation Leader, Senior VP - Strategic Marketing and Battery Developments Director at Solvay Special Chem, and Senior VP Latin America Zone Director. Additionally, Alessandro was Global Business Director and Strategy Manager for fluorinated products, along with leading marketing innovation for the agro market group and managing the agrochemical formulation lab at Rohm and Haas from 1995 to 2000. Alessandro holds a Master's degree in Organic Chemistry from Università degli Studi di Milano and a Maturità Classica from Liceo Classico Cesare Beccaria Milano.
