Frank De Castro has extensive experience in procurement and logistics management. Frank began their career in 2001 at DuPont, where they served as the Global Logistics Operations Manager for the textile division. In this role, they oversaw logistics categories such as rail, truck, airfreight, and warehouses, with an annual spend of $270 million. In 2007, De Castro joined Rohm and Haas as the Global Logistics & Packaging Manager. Frank then moved on to Solvay in 2009, where they held various positions including Purchasing Director and Global Procurement Director. In their most recent role as Director of Procurement, De Castro is responsible for the global category strategies and strategic procurement of international logistics for Solvay, managing a spend of $300 million annually.
Frank De Castro attended the Georgia Institute of Technology from 1984 to 1988, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering.
