Lotte Troen

Lotte Troen has a strong background in strategy and consulting. Lotte began their career as an intern at ExxonMobil in 2010. Lotte then joined The Boston Consulting Group, where they worked as an Associate, Consultant, and eventually as a Project Leader from 2011 to 2018. In 2018, they joined Solvay where they held various roles including Economic & Competitive Intelligence, Group Strategy Manager, Head of Strategic Plans & Intelligence, and VP Strategy & Transformation, Novecare. Currently, they are serving as the VP Strategy, Consumer & Resources segment at Solvay.

From 2006 to 2011, Lotte Troen studied Chemical Engineering with a focus on Process Engineering at KU Leuven.
