Marisa Duarte

Marisa Duarte is a skilled professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Currently serving as a Senior Global Talent Acquisition Partner at Solvay since August 2022, Marisa supports the global talent acquisition service line across Americas, EMEA, and APAC regions. Previously, Marisa held positions at Philip Morris International as a Talent Acquisition Executive, where responsibilities included recruitment and the development of a remote onboarding program. Additionally, Marisa worked at S&you Portugal as Coordenadora de Recrutamento Especializado, managing the launch and operations of the specialized recruitment branch, and served as Section Manager at Hays, overseeing a team and implementing marketing strategies. Earlier roles included Client Management at Multipessoal and Commercial Director at Adecco Recursos Humanos. Marisa holds a degree in Sociology with a specialization in Human Resources from Universidade Nova de Lisboa.
