Rebecca Daley has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Rebecca started their career as a Data Entry Clerk at Hattiesburg Clinic, PA in 2006. Rebecca then worked as a Laboratory Assistant at the University of Southern Mississippi, where they gained experience in testing procedures and instrument maintenance.

In 2008, Rebecca joined Nubiola as a Technical Service Chemist, providing customer support and formulating coatings for corrosion protective applications. Rebecca worked with various coatings systems and sourced raw material samples for formulation projects.

From 2013 to 2018, Rebecca worked at Ferro Corporation as an Applications Laboratory Supervisor, overseeing the day-to-day functions of the laboratory and ensuring production efficiency through quality control analysis.

In 2018, Rebecca joined Solvay as a Color Scientist, responsible for color matching and testing of formulations in high-performance polymer systems. Rebecca later became a Color R&D Team Lead, leading color development projects and supervising a team of color scientists/researchers.

In the future, Rebecca will be joining Syensqo as a Color R&D Team Lead in 2023.

Rebecca Daley holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Polymers and High Performance Materials, which they obtained from The University of Southern Mississippi in 2008. Prior to that, they completed their Associate Degree in Polymer Chemistry at Jones County Junior College from 2004 to 2006. Additionally, they have a Certificate of Completion in Management Skills for New Managers from the American Management Association, although the date of completion is unspecified.
