Joachim Scholte

Joachim Scholte has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Joachim started their career at DSM as an intern in the Research & Technology department, where they studied heat exchanger design. Then, they did an internship at SABIC's R&D department, where they analyzed the feasibility of an innovative technology for hydrogen use. After that, they joined DSM again, this time for their bachelor's graduation internship, where they worked on cost-saving techniques for a Caprolactam plant in China. Joachim received high grades for both internships.

Joachim also worked as a Process Operator at DIS Sittard, where they were responsible for quality control and operating system management. Currently, they are employed at Fibrant, initially as a Process Engineer R&T, where they provided plant support and project management. Recently, they moved up to the role of Assistant Head of Operations, but the end date for this position is not specified. Joachim's responsibilities at Fibrant included root cause analysis and modeling.

Joachim Scholte's education history begins with their completion of HAVO, higher general secondary education, at Trevianum Sittard from 2004 to 2009. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Chemical Engineering from Zuyd Hogeschool | Zuyd University of Applied Sciences, which they successfully completed from 2009 to 2013. To further their education, Joachim enrolled at Eindhoven University of Technology, where they earned a Pre-Master degree in Chemical Process Technology from 2013 to 2014. Joachim then continued their studies at Eindhoven University of Technology and obtained a Master of Science (MSc) in Chemical Process Technology from 2014 to 2016.
