Brij Palicha

Brij Palicha is currently a Senior Consultant at Solvd Together, with previous experience as the Director of People & Culture at Hurdle and Director of Learning & Development at Snyk. Before that, they held roles such as Head of Learning at Legal & General and Principal Consultant - Learning & Performance Innovation at PA Consulting. Brij obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Business Management from the University of East Anglia in 2012.
