Branden Helms, CaPM, has had a varied career since 2006. Branden began their career at Vance International as a Physical Security. In 2011, they joined General Dynamics Information Technology as a Hardware Technician/System Administrator, where they were responsible for moving and processing large office equipment and maintaining logistical records of that equipment. In 2012, they joined CACI International Inc as a Help Desk Technician. In 2014, they joined Baretender as a Bartender/Server. In 2015, they joined Solvere One as a Project Manager, Business Operations Analyst, Support Center Technician/QA, and Information Technology Project Coordinator. As a Support Center Technician, their number one priority was Customer Satisfaction.

Branden Helms obtained their High School Diploma from Stonewall Jackson Highschool in 2001. In 2012, they obtained their Network + CE and Security + CE certifications from CompTIA. In 2019, they obtained their ConnectWise Managed Certified Professional certification from ConnectWise and their DAT207x: Analyzing and Visualizing Data with Power BI certification from edX. In 2020, they obtained their Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification from the Project Management Institute.
