Barbara Bila

Barbara Bila has extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Barbara most recently held the position of Head Business Unit Small Molecule Services at Solvias starting in January 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Head of Operations Quality Control Activities at Solvias from March 2019 to May 2022. Barbara also served as the Head of the QC Department at Solvias from January 2016 to February 2019.

Before joining Solvias, Barbara was a Chemist at Confarma AG from November 2009 to November 2014. Barbara also worked as an analytical development project leader at Synkem S.A.S. from November 2008 to October 2009. Barbara gained experience as an analytical development master student at Sanofi Pasteur MSD from February 2008 to August 2008.

Their earlier work experience includes an internship in medicinal chemistry at Boehringer Ingelheim from August 2006 to July 2007. Overall, Barbara has a diverse background in various roles within the pharmaceutical industry.

Barbara Bila began their education in 2002 at the Institution des Chartreux, where they completed the Classes préparatoires aux grandes écoles (CPGE) program. Barbara then went on to pursue their Master of Sciences (MSc) and diplôme d'ingénieur at CPE Lyon from 2004 to 2008. Their specialization within the field of study was Chemistry, with a focus on Life sciences.
