Jörg Umek

Jörg Umek has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Jörg started their career at Bayer AG in 1991 as a Lab Technician, specializing in the synthesis of plastics. Jörg gained nine years of experience in this role, working on various projects from lab to pilot plant constructions. In 2000, Jörg joined Bayer Industry Services as a Lab Technician, where they were responsible for clearance analytics, specifically on Kogenate (TM) for Bayer Health Care. Jörg held this position until 2007. In 2007, Jörg joined Basilea Phamaceutica Ltd. as an associated scientist. Jörg worked in this role for 7 months before moving on to Solvias in 2008. At Solvias, Jörg initially served as a Customer Service representative before being promoted to the position of Team Leader in 2018.
