Saskia Suter

Saskia Suter has a diverse work experience spanning over many years. Currently, they are the Head HR at Solvias, a position they have held since March 2022. Prior to that, they served as an HR-Manager at Solvias from May 2018 to March 2022. Before joining Solvias, Saskia worked as the Manager Human Resources at Buss ChemTech AG from October 2010 to April 2018.

Saskia'scareer started at Credit Suisse, where they began as a Kaufmännische Lehre from August 1994 to August 1997. Saskia then progressed to become a Kundenberater / Assistentin Geschäftsstellenleiter from August 1997 to September 2001. Saskia also gained experience at Novartis as a kaufm. Mitarbeiterin D/E from January 2001 to December 2001.

Saskia further expanded their skills at Basellandschaftliche Kantonalbank as a Junior Risk Controller from January 2002 to July 2002. Saskia then moved on to Bank J. Safra Sarasin AG, where they worked as an Assistentin Leiter Operations Wertschriften from August 2002 to February 2005. Later, they joined Thermo Fisher Scientific as an Assistentin der Geschäftsleitung from March 2005 to September 2010.

Saskia Suter completed their DAS Personalmanagement degree at Kalaidos Fachhochschule Schweiz from 2021 to 2022. Prior to that, they obtained a degree in Psychologie für Personalmanager from Euro-FH Europäische Fernhochschule Hamburg, graduating in 2016. In 2013, Saskia earned the HR Fachfrau mit eidg. Fachausweis qualification from Schweizerische Eidgenossenschaft, specializing in HR-Management. Saskia'seducational journey began at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland FHNW, where they studied Betriebsökonomin FH from 1998 to 2001.
