Martijn van den Boogaard

Martijn van den Boogaard has extensive work experience in the IT industry. Martijn started their career as a System Administrator at raad en daad automatisering, where they provided system administration and support services to both internal networks and clients in the small and medium-sized business sector. Martijn then worked as a System Administrator at NMA ICT Solutions, where they performed system administration tasks and resolved issues for clients with small server environments.

In 2008, Martijn joined Atos Origin as a System Engineer Windows, where they were responsible for managing the Windows server environment for the company's client Achmea. Martijn worked with over 2800 physical and virtual servers, mainly Dell and HP Proliant servers.

In 2015, Martijn worked as an Engineer at Seven-winds for a short period of time. Martijn then joined NetSourcing in 2016 as a System Administrator, where they focused on creating virtual machines and deploying servers using SCCM.

Currently, Martijn is working at Solvinity as a Senior Windows Engineer. In this role, they are responsible for executing changes and resolving incidents related to Windows Server OS, ADFS, Azure VM, Azure Networking, Office365. Martijn also works on firewall rule creation on Palo Alto or Cisco equipment and handles tasks such as adding Nat rules and load balancer pools on the F5.

Martijn van den Boogaard began their education at Schijndel school from 1992 to 1995, where they pursued a degree in elektrotechniek (electrical engineering) at the lbo level. After completing their education at Schijndel, they enrolled at Koning Willem 1 College in Den Bosch from 1995 to 2000. At Koning Willem 1 College, Martijn earned a degree in elektrotechniek with a specialization in electronics at the mbo niveau 4 level.

In addition to their formal education, Martijn has obtained several certifications. These include "Administering and Deploying System Center 2012 Configuration Manager" from Microsoft in November 2013, "Azure Administrator Associate" from Microsoft in April 2020, "Professional Cloud Security Engineer" from Google Cloud in March 2021, "Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate" from Microsoft in January 2021, and "Microsoft 365 Certified: Security Administrator Associate" from Microsoft in July 2022.
