Rob Hoskins

Rob Hoskins is an experienced Senior Manufacturing Engineer at Solvita, focusing on the development and implementation of manufacturing processes and electro-mechanical equipment for allografts and medical devices since November 2014. With a strong background in research and data analysis, Rob has led cross-functional teams, utilized Lean Six Sigma methodologies, and contributed to continuous process improvements. Previous roles include Graduate Research Assistant at Ergonomics in Remote Environments Lab, where research centered on haptic feedback in surgical applications, and R&D Engineer at Prosthetic Design, concentrating on advanced lower-limb prosthetic device development. Rob also served as a Clinical Applications Engineer at Dayton Artificial Limb Clinic, enhancing clinical applications of prosthetic devices. Rob holds a Master of Science in Industrial and Human Factors Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from Wright State University.
