Selina Walter is an accomplished Operations Manager currently leading efforts at Soly since June 2024, following a role as Strategy & Operations Associate at Orderlion where responsibilities included overseeing daily finance operations and reporting for the French subsidiary. With experience as Head Organizer for Europe's largest student-focused startup event series at Entrepreneurship Avenue, Selina successfully managed a team of volunteers while implementing numerous workshops and events. Previous internships at Horváth and Accenture DACH provided hands-on experience in consulting and project management, while early roles at the Institute for Entrepreneurship & Innovation and FireStart contributed to research and sales operations.
